Silk Purse Productions provides marketing
materials and services for realtors such as digital photography and virtual
tours, high quality brochures, cards and other printed material, web design and
broadcast email marketing. We maintain a list of email addresses of over
30,000
individual realtors from all major companies in Northern and Central New Jersey,
New York City, other parts of New York, Eastern Pennsylvania and parts of
Florida. Our coverage area is growing rapidly, and it will probably have
increased by the time you read this. On request we can acquire lists of
realtors in any part of the US. (Contact us
for details.) We use this list to
instantaneously deliver feature rich marketing emails such as
these. This is an ideal way to announce new listings, price
changes, open houses and other special events to the real estate community in
your area.
To do a
broadcast email we need 2 things to get started. First is our Broadcast
Email Authorization form. Please print it, fill it out, & fax it back to us
at 908-968-0860.
Second, for
whichever listing you want to broadcast please email the listing from your MLS
(as you would to any prospective customer) to us at
max@silkpurseproductions.com. Please include anything you want in the email
that’s not in the listing. For example, if the email is for a public or
Brokers’ open, we’ll need date & time and any other relevant details.
Once we have everything we need to compose your email
including pictures, text and destination offices, turnaround is usually about 48
hours or less. You will receive a proof via email, and once you approve
it, the email can be on its way.Compared to conventional mail and courier services
the price of email marketing is surprisingly low. There is no per item cost –
no printing or duplication. And, of course, there’s no postage or other
delivery cost. In addition emails sent today will be received today - within a
few hours at most.Our charge for custom designing and sending email to thousands of area realtors is only $85, and we now
can include posting to our website and a link to the MLS listing, to a virtual
tour or to your own personal or company web page. We can also provide email
lists for other areas or target specific offices. In the event the realtor needs a resend, it will cost only $65.
